1. The hard part about changing diet and exercise is not the exercise. Like someone said the other night God made food too good. Also the same person said we need to eat only until we are content, not full. This is something I need to learn to do, before the exercise will make any difference.
2. Run don’t walk to your local library or bookstore and pick up anything you can find by Ted Dekker, I can assure you will be hooked.
3. John Flanagan will be in Seattle this weekend, but we can’t go because we are cooking for an event at church. Amanda, Zach and I are seriously bummed.
4. Trying a new work flow in the back room at the Title Wave, hope it works well.
5. Looking forward to going to a Portland Beavers baseball game on April 30. Businessman’s special, game is in the middle of the day, so I took the whole day off.
6. Urban Camp at Mosaic is August 3-17. Plan for some outrageous fun. All 3 services combined into 1 and then all church picnic on August 17.
7. And the next day I go on vacation. I will be spending a week with my cousin John in Central Point, OR.
8. I heard one of the best messages I have ever heard on prayer last Sunday. Check out itunes for the podcast of Tim Osborn’s teaching at Mosaic church in Portland, OR.
9. We are in a series at church called Tom, Teresa and Us. It is all about doubt. Can you (who don’t go to Mosaic) tell me who Tom and Teresa are?
10. Time for breakfast with Tim Osborn at the Gateway Breakfast House.
10A. Have a great day!

I’m guessing that Tom is Doubting Thomas, and Teresa is Mother Teresa, who shared that she often had great doubts about God and her faith.
Am I right?
