Josh Hagarty is got some regrets about some past indiscretions so when he is recruited to go to Africa and manage a project to help make life better for villagers.  When he gets to Africa and starts work he wonders about those who are running the charity.  The president of the country seems to be in league with some crooked people who are taking advantage of the charitable donors.  The action span several continents and range from the backwoods of Kentucky to Harvard, Eastern Europe and Africa.  The action is non stop, the characters are one you can care about it. The characters are well rounded and represent the various viewpoints of the African continent and those who are trying to help their. RRRR
