Elizabeth Kubler-Ross instructed us in the five stages of grief, denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance.  Susan Berger illustrates five lifestyles that people may adopt after suffering the loss of a loved one, nomads, seekers, activist, memorialist and normalizers.  She provides many examples of each, discusses the advantages and disadvantages of each lifestyle.  She also has provided questions to help you determine which of the lifestyles you might be best suited for.  Their are reflections to help you as you grieve, this is a valuable resource to help even before you have to deal with the loss.  RRR
