So Van Halen is the last name of two of the members of this awesome SoCal band, but there is only one true band named Van Halen.  The true Van Halen is the band that consist of Eddie Van Halen shredding on guitar, Michael Anthony and Alex Van Halen setting down the rhythm on bass and drums and the very, very awesome David Lee Roth belting out the awesome lyrics and putting on a awesome show.  As much as I like Sammy Hagar, it just wasn’t the same.  His songs I Can’t Drive 55, Red, 3 Lock Box and One Way to Rock are great, but he only had one good song with Van Halen, Right Now.  I realize that now 3/4 of the band are named Van Halen, but it just doesn’t seem right without Michael Anthony.  I have lots of the true Van Halen on my ipod.
